Many clients come to us at the beginning stages of the project. Either they have recently purchased property, are currently designing home plans, or need help finding the perfect lot.
The ideal time to get involved is prior to land selection. We offer advice on choosing the right lot from a construction point of view as well as help to develop plans that fit your budget. Too often a client will develop a full set of plans without checking to see if they will align with projected budget. Let us help guide the procession collaboration with your architect or designer. As they say, “there is wisdom in the counsel of many”.
Where are you located?
As a desirable area to live, Bend has attracted many out of state residents. We have experience working with long-distance clients. You do not have to be local to work with Black Label Design Group. Communication systems are in place to ease the hurdle of distance.
What about financing?
Part of the building process is to work with banks that offer construction loans. We have worked with many national and local banks that provide construction loans for new homes. We understand the process and can ease the administrative burden. We also have worked with clients that finance the job 100% themselves.
