During the design phase, BLDG will take the lead on developing house plans and setting an actionable budget. Throughout the whole project, you’ll be working with just one Project Manager the entire time. This allows us to avoid miscommunications that can occur with a “revolving door” of managers.

Once the client is satisfied with the house plans and budget, we move onto the Construction phase, where a contract is signed and the building begins. Each design milestone is treated as an opportunity for Quality Control to make sure your home is meeting your expectations and needs.
