As you approach the entry, you will first notice a gorgeous 10ft tall custom white oak front door. No typical door – this is a pivot front door hinged at the top and bottom rather than the side, with a long pull handle and deadbolt instead of a traditional handle set.
When you get hungry, head to the kitchen, where a custom gas strut window sits directly in front of the kitchen sink for easy pass-through access to the BBQ station on the exterior. The sink has a pull-out platform at floor level for shorter cooks, and the long-range wall gets a quartz backsplash with a built-in ledge. Appliances get matching cabinet panels for a built-in look.
Moving to the Great Room, the eye is drawn to the full-height gas fireplace with custom steel panels and vertically aligned stone, creating a striking focal point for this luxury home.
Visitors will likely visit the powder bathroom featuring a concrete ramp sink and countertop with a wall-mounted faucet. Textured wallpaper brings the design aesthetic together.
The primary bedroom is a nice place to spend time, with a paneled wall on one side and a custom-plastered fireplace on the other.
Inside the primary bathroom, special attention was paid to making sure the tile layout and design complemented the shower with its three shower heads, bench, and divided glass partition.
Heading upstairs, you can’t miss the floating steel stair system. Thick wood treads, lots of light coming through a glass wall, and a beautiful chandelier tie it all together.
Visitors staying on the second level have their pick between a 4-bunk bed system and a bonus room for hanging out and watching games.
For the summer months, the large back patio offers plenty of space to enjoy the firepit, sunken hot tub, and BBQ area while opening the Great Room French doors for an indoor/outdoor living experience.
Not to be left out, the house includes a deep 3-car garage – one bay locked off. Heaters and an epoxy floor make it a great place to hang out and play table tennis – even in the colder months.
